4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made as specified. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
BeGuest may require deposits, prepayments, or milestone payments depending on the service type.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, and operational materials created by BeGuest remain the property of BeGuest unless otherwise agreed.
Property owners retain ownership of their property content and materials provided for listing and marketing purposes.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during collaboration, including financial, operational, and personal data.
7. Limitation of Liability
BeGuest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or bookings.
While we strive to optimize performance and guest satisfaction, specific revenue or occupancy results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with contractual terms.
Property owners remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
BeGuest may suspend or terminate services in cases of breach, non-payment, or unlawful activity.
9. Governing Law
